YSDA INTERNATIONAL SOCCER CAMP

In this Soccer Camp you will have a comprehensive training that is essential to succeed in life and as an athlete. During the camp, we will have:

Physical, technical, tactical and mental coaches

  • The best coaches with experience in Professional Soccer certified by the Mexican Soccer Federation and the FIFA Future III Program, who will guide you and teach you physical, technical, tactical and mental aspects that will strengthen your learning in soccer.

Nutrition & Strength

  • Nutritionist who will teach you how to eat like a high-performance athlete.
  • Muscular and functional development trainer that will show you the routines you need to practice to improve your physical capacity, strengthen your body and prevent injuries.

Professional Team Scouts & evaluations

  • There will be scouts from professional teams to observe your talent.
  • We will do physical, technical and tactical evaluations to guide you and unlock your potential.
  • You will perform application and intra-squad games and strength training in the gym.

YSDA Soccer Camp Objectives

  • The comprehensive training program delivered at the YSDA Soccer Camp aims for all participants to express their full technical, tactical and physical potential regardless of their skill level.
  • Day by day, they will learn to enhance their strengths with the most advanced football training exercises and will be stimulated to understand their own weaknesses and how to work to overcome them.
  • Each session of the camp will provide them with the necessary tools to improve their soccer level and their comprehensive sports development.

Trip to Mexico City

The camp includes lodging every day in Mexico City.

Included all breakfasts, meals and dinners during the camp.

Flights are not included but our team will greet you at the Mexico City International Airport (Terminal 1) to transport us to the camp facilities.
